How to request Technical Support on the NLBA1 Community

Step 1

Go to NLBA1 official website:


Step 2

Go to Forum by clicking “Forum” from the top menu:

If you don’t have an account then click “Register” and create a new account.

If you have an account click “Login” and enter login information.

Step 4

After logging in the “Logout” button can be seen:

Now you are logged in.

You need to select a forum category where you want to address the issue. Let’s say the issue is related to the NLBA1 PRO Analyzer. So, “NLBA1- Laptop Battery Analyzer” has to be clicked:

After entering the category, the “Add Topic” button can be seen in the top right corner:

Step 7

The official language used on the forum is English.

Enter a suggestive topic title in the “Topic Title” field. In the description make sure you present the issue in detail, add pictures and videos if necessary. Add several tags that are suggestive for the issue and press the “Add topic” button:

The topic has been created. If the user has lower than 5 posts then the topic requires approval from admins.

I am using an updated Software Ver-4.2.0 , I dont see ,get Reset Tab, Reset Icon as I used to get in earlier version, instead TOOL…Directories-Show Log Folders…How do I get Reset Tab …I only use it for my hobby and passion for electronics gadgets , & repair use …Please help me to solve this issue, Many Thanks, Prayers , best wishes to Sir Niccu and Team for this innovative , beautiful tool..
