Testing single 18650 cells.

Hi. My proposal is to use NLBA1 to test single 18650 cells. The point is that then NLBA1 would have a new function that would be useful to everyone because sometimes you get a battery with a damaged control system and you don't know what condition the cells are in. It would then be possible to perform, for example, a charge and discharge cycle with battery analysis. I don't know if my idea makes sense, but I think that without „stupid” ideas you wont find that one that it will be very good…

By its design, the NLBA1 cannot reset individual Li-Ion cells. But there are tons of good analyzers just for a couple of bucks.
