After replacing the used battery, the battery does not work when unlocked and connected to the laptop...
The charging current voltage is also listed as 0. I would like to know how to set it and why the charging voltage current is 0, and what is the reason it does not work? Please tell me how to set it up...

hello, the battery is unlocked kindly check if the SP is short to ground to enable charging.

Battery model should be included in the topic title!

Go to reset tab press Read Chip Info and post screenshot.
