Apple A2141 battery problem

When the battery was first connected, the cells were not ballasted and the chip was bq20z451.

After balancing the cell does not see the chip.
What did i do wrong, how do i recover the chip.
Thanks in advice

Balancing should be done very carefully to not touch any sensitive components on the boards. Otherwise pcb could get damaged. 

Try to wake-up the chip by pressing Power On button.

I tried that, it doesn't work. I was very careful when charging the batteries with the lab power supply. Is there an smb command i could try?

You could try any SBS command. This is what Nlba1 does in background when someone press Read button. 

 Me recommend you to check communication port of battery using multimeter in diode test mode. Red probe is on ground.
