Looks like you damage some wires when replaced the cell#3 (the pair). You are still post dark photos instead of better PC snapshots, tsk, tsk, ysk...

Lets Make NLBA Great ! Together.

Ok, so should I replace the d wires to check again cos I no that it was not changein before I changed the cells it was same 0 cell voltage that y I changed the cell and now is not discharging.

Please attach a photo of the battery PCB so the soldering points & fuse can be inspected. On some PCB's the cells solder connection points have a small gap and that needs to be shorted with a drop of solder or the chip will not indicate the cells voltages.

Also can you confirm that this is a genuine battery and chip is indeed BQ20Z70 since you have opened it already?

The battery is made in China products not the original product HP DV4 and I don't know if d chip is the real one

What is a chip marking code?

If the chip and firmware are chinese this will explain the 0v cells readings. I have seen so many of them not tracking cells voltages at all. The firmware uses BP voltage to determine SOC and if this is most likely the case it can be considered as "normal".

The fuse is also missing, also typical for some china PCB where the fuse trace is just hardwired. But some of them do have a really thin wire as a fuse and it's very easy to damage it when opening the case.

Can you also measure for continuity with a multimeter between these 2 points?

I have checked it out and there is no continuity on the PCB

In that case solder a thin wire between the 2 contacts and try discharging the battery with NLBA.

What about the chip model can you read the markings?
