Battery detection error
I have come through an annoying issue after connecting the device to USB when I am detecting the battery it detects certain perimeters and leaves the rest also clearing the detected perimeter and do nothing.
I remember this is not a genuine battery. First, try to press the Power On button then disconnect the battery cable and reconnect it (while Start Reading is ON).
So what is the battery model? Please also post a picture of the battery case so we can see if it's indeed genuine or not. Also Static Battery Data if it's readable.

- @azzido I tried different batteries it showing the above few parameters and stops showing the rest and clearing the detected parameters and do nothing. To do it again i have to disconnect device and try again and it showing the same
@torture tried different batteries still same issue and to read the battery again it need to disconnect the device and reconnect then it came with the same issue. Cables batteries every thing ok
We want to see pictures. So, attach pictures with the batteries you tried, also take Output LED from NLBA1 front panel into the pictures.
- Disconnect the battery cable, power supply and usb cable
- Measure the zener diode from G (cathode / red probe) to C (anode / black probe) using multimiter
- Measure the zener diode from G (cathode / red probe) to D(anode / black probe) using multimiter
Post the pictures with multimiter values.
After replacing new cell also it shows same problem "overcharged" when try to rest and can't proceed ahead then menu Read SBS.
Battery info when start reading battery show ZERO Cell voltage but it is check already it is good.

In your picture, there are cell3 and cell4 with 0mV. Reset is disabled because of this. First you must have good cells before performing any Reset function.

Is the same value for both measurements ?
Also measure the resistance (with device disconnected and turned off) between:
- G and C
- G and D
