1. Topic title must contain battery part number and chip model.

2. First post must contain screenshot from battery info tab including dynamic and static data.

3. Use GUI screenshot button from NLBA software.

4. Seems that chip is not detected so your battery may not be genuine. Post a picture of the battery label.

CHIP MODEL IS IN THE PICTURE.

No it's not. It's not detected by smbus commands which is what is important.  /Detected chip (database)/ field comes from an offline database according to info and reference from geniune batteries.
