Fujitsu and HP batteries

Hello

I need a little help if it is possible.

As you can see on the print screen, the DJI Chip reset is activated, and I don't need that, I need the device for laptop batteries. I am new to this one and I don't know if it matters or not, I just notice.

I try to fix three laptop batteries without any luck at the moment. I carefully watch the tutorials but I can't figure out why the battery is still locked and I try all the possibilities to find the System Present pins...

Of course, I tried to find them in brand pinout search but they were not there.

Models of the batteries are:

HP OY006XL

HP OL02XL

FUJITSU FPCBP448

Ant help will be very apreciated

Thanks so much.

the DJI Chip reset is activated,

No. Check the picture. DJI License has 0 days. It means it is not active.

Instead, Laptop License is active.

It is HP batteries. They generally dont have SP pin.

And you even did not look on the cells voltages ?)

IMG 20241018 144335

Cell1 voltage = 0

Cell2 voltage = 0

Full Voltage = 0

Does it tell you anything ?..

Sorry but no, that's why I asked. I have some ideas but I wait for a professional explication.

I have a lot of batteries of that kind and I don't know what to do.

For me is a vicious circle, that is why I put the following print screens:

Screenshot 2024 10 21 163855
Screenshot 2024 10 21 163946
Screenshot 2024 10 21 164040
Screenshot 2024 10 21 163810
Screenshot 2024 10 21 163659

I mean, I receive strange readings.

How to charge the cell if the device doesn't let me?

How to reset the battery then?

The health of the battery is good, it just sit a long time without charging and I search for a way to revive it.

Thank you.

Please dont mix different batteries screenshots in one topic. It confuses support team. Different battery should be discussed in another topic.

It looks like you have no basic knowledges about the batteries. Because you dont understand what zero volts condition means for lithium cells.

You need first to learn what is lithium cell and how it works. What is smart battery and how it works. What is Voltage, Current, Resistance.

You can not repair the batteries without good background in electrical engineering.

In such cases it is better to bring the battery to professional workshop so qualified personnel could repair it for you.

Well, this battery has dead cells because their voltage reached zero due to long storage. Such cell could not be either charged nor discharged nor recovered. They should be utilized to special lithium cells recycle bins. Because these cells contains dangerous materials and not allowed to throw away. Check your local regulations and collection points for used batteries.

It looks like you purchased a lot of dead batteries which should be intended for recycling or utilization.

Instead, some companies sell them on eBay for cheap price.

Is it the case ?..

Never trust health bar on the BatInfo page for batteries stored for too long.

It contains the value reported by the chip taken from its internal memory. So this value is outdated and not reflect actual cells condition.

To get updated value chip should run full relearning cycle. What is full charge, relax, full discharge, relax, recharge. Then chip will relearn correct capacity and health bar could be trusted.
