Hi my device not working with batteries. It is possible if my chip reset license expired and device can not see batteries ? No led output.

No way. Reset license has nothing to do with battery communication.

My multimeter shows 12V output. Is it possible that this is why it doesn't see the battery?
Measure the voltage on D and C terminals with battery disconnected.
I tested voltage on D and C it show 0.00 but power led is still on green color. What todo?
Also when i set up Output Connector to 10000mV and after second let not working i tried to test G and chip pin number 4 it not show nothing
