Dear Sir,
Due to a mistake my device lost a 4407A (P-Channel) mosfet and I replace it with MDS3604 (P-Channel) mosfet but charging current is still zero. Kindly guide me which components could be replaced to get my device on normal stage. Device reading batteries successfully also discharging is fine only charging current is not getting up.
It is quite impossible to diagnose it remotely, unfortunately.
What I can tell you is to follow the Output Voltage route from XL4005 chip. The PDF manual for this chip is public. So, set Output Voltage = 10 000mV in the NLBA1 software and measure with the multimiter the output of XL4005 on the C2 capacitor.
Everything seems good but somehow FB Pin showing resistance EN pin fluctuating reading on multimeter but most of the time readings stable as I mentioned in pics. Thanks for guiding me also looking a solution from you that solve my problem.
A little spark appear when I connect the Power Adapter to NLBA, is that normal?
Yes, the capacitors are charging.
