NLBA1 I think the hardware is broken. How can I get service and repairs?
The problem is that the charging function cannot be used continuously. As a result of checking with a multi-tester, when charging the laptop battery, the maximum output voltage goes up to about 11 volts and then drops back to 8 volts repeatedly for about a minute, so the charging function is disabled. I can't use it continuously...
How can I receive service?
Can I send it to Romania?
If device in on warranty it could be send to manufacturer for repair.
