It's unlocked and there's a battery. When I connect it to my laptop, it says the available battery is at 5% and doesn't charge.

 The battery was also charged.
 When I looked at the laptop battery charge, it said 5% left, but it couldn't be charged...
I purchased NLBA1 a few days ago to solve this problem.
I live in Korea where there is a garage... of course! I'd like to find a solution.

First of all changing cycle count, manufaturer date and fcc and a used battery is considered as fraud activity and is strictly prohibited! Support is not offered to users who abuse the reset licence!

There is no magic button that will make the battery work again.

You have problematic cells and they must be replaced.

Check the cells voltages. Cell 1 is almost fully charged, cell 2 fully discharged, cells 3 and 4 are about 50% charged.

There is 1231mv imbalance.

All cells must be replaced, after this battery can be unlocked, chip reprogramed, calibrated and it will work like new.

I also recommend you to watch the many instructional videos posted here because you must gain basic knowledge about laptop battery construction and working principle.
