I decided to re-acquaint myself with model 1 today, using the 4.4 software. But, no joy. The program does not see the unit. This is an edit to my above post: I'm getting "Make sure the internet is working..." error. I added Laptop Battery Analyzer to allowed apps to my firewall with no joy.
