I'm new in this , so if this question is already asked i'm sorry that i didn't see it. Have a charging problem, tried with several good working bateries (different) and no one is charging (or charges but very very slow) but discharging works fine. Here is a picture from charging mode
and here is from discharging
This is Acer battery AL10B31, but nevermind which battery it is, the charging is not working.
And calibration not working too, on any type of batteries.
Thank you

Probably XL4005 chip was damaged.
The device is pretty new , only 2 months old (its under warranty ) and i have repair only 1 battery and thats it. I have this issue for last 30 days and have no idea what to do. The device is reading batteries ( ofcourse all of them properly connected), do the discharging, but no charging and no calibration. The PL2303 driver is present, so what is your advice? Shoud I reinstall the software and try it again or ...?
Thank you
Shoud I reinstall the software and try it again or ...?
No. If device is under warranty its recommended to send it for warranty repair.
If you will reach inside warranty will be lost.
The only thing you could do is to confirm charge circuit is damaged.
- disconnect the battery
- go to BatInfo page, set 10000 on External Power On option
- press Power On button
- check with multimeter voltage on green front connector, V and G terminals
- press Power Off button
- report the value
@djibattworkshop No, I didn't mean to reach inside the analyzer, only to reinstal driver for it. Tomorrow I'll do this as you said and report.Thank you
only to reinstal driver for it
Driver is Ok as long as you could read battery parameters on BatInfo page. No need to reinstall it.
Yes. Now increase output voltage to 12000 and repeat the check.
@djibattworkshop voltage
increased and here is result ( on both tests when voltage is set to 10000 mV and 12000 mV when Power on is pressed it goes to 9000 mV)
Check also output voltage of ACDC power adaptor.
So, what should i do next? What do you recommend?

Hello Vanja Peshevska, were you able to solve it? I have the same problem, I could only use the analyzer correctly for about 5 days and then it stopped charging any type of batteries (we already checked that they work well, but it does not charge them). The same problem that had happened to you
