Some people are using the pair connector from a bad motherboard or making their own connectors. We include 5 spare green 4P connectors just for this case.

You can try this pinout Dell 357F9 -1,-2,-3,T5,D7,C8,+9,+10,+11 .

NLBA1 comes with 8 connectors, a generic one for classic batteries and another 7 for most common types. However, there are many laptop batteries that have their own custom connectors, we cannot supply connectors for all laptop batteries.

I may need to open a new inquiry because this is for another battery. Please answer my question this time regarding pinout and cable because the device doesn’t find the product and also no cables match.

This battery is well known Dell product 357F9 . But I couldn’t find the pinout nor the proper connection. Please advice

I am confused now. In the first post I see a HP battery, in the next post I see static parameters from a Dell battery. When parameters are read then pinout is fine, at least communication is fine. Then you ask for a new pinout for Dell 357F9. Are the parameters from the picture belonging to this battery ?

Please don't mixt batteries in the same thread. It is too hard to track, analyze and identify the route cause. Each issue must be analyzed on a separate topic where you need to provide the basic information:

- image with the actual battery wiring

- is Power LED on ?

- is it reading only static parameters ?

- describe what you tried
