I need your help community, recently my battery tester stopped working, it turns on, its reading LEDs also light up but within the software it cannot read any battery. I have tried reinstalling the software with its drivers but the error remains.
Next time please post in the right category.
Please record a short video showing clearly the problem.
@azzido The problem I have is that the battery tester cannot read any batteries. I have checked the connection cables, I have reinstalled the software, I have tried from another computer and I cannot solve it.
Try to wake-up the chip by pressing "Power On" button. If battery was stored for too long, chip goes into hibernation state.
@djibattworkshop I have also tried with the "on" button, the problem is not with the battery, I have checked with several models and types of batteries and the tester cannot read the battery information.
@azzido Could you tell me if you have any idea what the problem could be (send the video) the problem with the tester is that it does not read any battery model (I have tried several models)
Have you checked the continuity of each wire ?
The device is covered by 12 months warranty, if it is under warranty please contact me on Whatsapp.
Yes, I have checked the cables and they seem to be fine.
It's still under warranty, I'll contact you via WhatsApp
The NLBA1 device has protection for data lines. But if the fault is happening again and again, no protection can help. Most probably the data lines were connected incorrectly to the VBAT for a long period or many times.
Disconnect the battery and measure the voltage on D and C terminals of green front connector.
