im trying many way, like charger out the battery first up to 4.1v, scan software upto 5- 10min, still not reading, just info im using this in windows 11, please help wheres the problem.

Have you validated your setup ? First you need to validate the setup following the steps:
1. Find a good genuine Dell or Lenovo battery
2. Connect it to EV2400
3. Read all parameters
work,but this using new batt,and what about the previous battery not being read
1. Verify that battery connected correctly according to pinout
2. Wake up the chip by applying external power supply voltage to battery Pack+ pin. Voltage value should be around nominal battery voltage printed on the label. Less value is accepted up to 5v. It is recommended to use series resistor 25...100 Ohms for the first time untill chip is unlocked. In some cases it could save pcb fuse and free you from extra recovery jobs.
