chip not confirmed visually. everything seems normal except Design Capacity.
Health 80% showed actual according to printed on label 3220mah.

So battery is reporting Design Capacity correctly. I havce no idea why NLBA is showign abnormal value.
You can also try reading static data from NLBA software but with EV2300 to see if it will show correct value.
