hi , pls how can i do the unlocking of this acer battery , the cell is ok but is lock and i go to the the reset tab and try to reset the chip and is saying disconnect from the sever. what did that means. cos i dont want to mess things up . thanks
That message appears when you press Disconnect red button. You can ignore it, it is referring to the remote reset server.
Your battery has good cells and a low cycle count. This chip with Sanyo Firmware is supported by the Reset Plugin. Have you tried to clear the errors ? If yes, make sure you connected the System Present pin to GND since most of Acer batteries use it.
