Hello to everyone!
I have a coustomer notebook Acer 315 that came for battery calibrate.
This is the pre calibrate screen:
The battery can discharge at 1.9mah
but after the calibration the battery is not being recognized anymore. ?? what happened? HELP
ManufacturerName = PANASONIC

ChargingVoltage = 8800 mV
BatteryStatus = 00C0
CycleCount = 492
Cell Voltage1 = 4212 mV
Cell Voltage2 = 4215 mV
The battery can discharge at 1.9mah
It could be too big current for this battery. Modern laptops drains about 0.5 to 1.0 amps in surfing. Laptop specification should be checked before calibration to find out average consumption.

Check pins condition on battery connector. Sometimes they lose tightness when too thick plug is connected for calibration. Sometimes they could be even melted especially on ribbon type connectors when only one plus and minus wires are used for charge or discharge.
The battery voltage is 0....thermal fuse is OK.
Has the battery died?
Read BatInfo picture.
Paste updated BatInfo picture.
Battery is Ok.
yes.. all values are perfect!, it can charge and discharge... but when a put a multimeter the V is 0v....fuse is ok... i dont know...it seems we have to replace it
This battery has System Present pin which activates mosfets. It should be connected to the ground to get voltage on battery connector.
