yes thats true one of the cells had over 150mOmh so I am testing other cells I will capture after finalising

Also double check your fuse. As much as can be seen from the photos it's not properly restored.

PF Status is 0000 so chip is unlocked.

Connect the SP to ground.

Thanks it has started reading correctly but what is the system pin i want to unlock it but its failing to unlock i suggest that the system pin is required for this. i couldnt find the pinout in the NLBA database

You did not connected ADC cell input jumper, that's why chip does not monitor cells voltages properly.

Connect it using solder drop. Recheck all cells joint points.
