This battery was preprogrammed to use 4.30v type of cells. Which cells did you install ?..
everything is fine but it cannot charge
Go to Discharge Tab, start discharge, wait 30s and paste a picture.
During discharge, touch mosfets on the pcb with a fingertips to check if they are heated.
@djibattworkshop , Condition "State of charge" reached. Discharging procedure has been stopped !
Select "Ignore SoC" option to allow discharge.
Go to Charge Tab and start charging.

Read a battery by bqEVSW tool to check all registers.
There is no Safety page on this version.
Try the following
- disconnect ev2300 smbus connector from a battery
- start bqEVSW, select bq30z55_v0.36 manually
- reconnect ev2300 smbus connector
- read main page and Safety page
- paste two snapshots
