i see this batre another topic with same case, sugestion use chip renesas 045a20 with lgc metod still not working. i check visual use chip 045a20

 This battery is produced by Dynapack and has custom firmware. 

 NLBA1 supports 045A20 LGC only.

There is no 045A20 DP there. There is only 045A20 LGC. These are different chips.

Battery is lock cant charge / disc

 Yes, analyzer could only charge or discharge batteries which is in WORKING condition. Your battery is LOCKED. It means it is out of order. It means analyzer could not charge or discharge it.

Your license does not support 045A20 with Dynapack firmware. It means chip could not be unlocked. Sorry.

 FCC is very low. Its need about 20 calibration cycles to update it which takes all your weakly labour time. Send the dump to email to fix it.
