Hope somone can suggest if this is good cells or it just a falls postive reading?
You don't respect this message:
When you perform the Quick Cells Check, the battery SOC should be between 30% to 80% and the temperature from 15 to 30 Celsius.
Also, note that your battery has non-standard 18650 cells, so they could have a higher resistance. The software does the coloring based on the standard 18650 cell type. For non-standards is hard to do the estimation since their IR depends on the capacity. In any case, a good battery has balanced cells (almost the same IR), in your case cell, 3 has a higher IR (91mOhm) than the others.
My proposal would be to discharge the battery to 10-80%, let it relax for 1h then repeat the test. Also, you can look at the Real Capacity parameter measured during discharging.
