Hello, how would you like to help me please, I need to read and overwrite the EEPROM in a battery block, I need to perform this procedure to be able to edit an octet in the code so that they identify DELL laptops because all the parameters are in order , please your help I have a 15 battery block with the problem.

Install first latest NLBA Software 3.5.2.
Then Read Static Parameters by enabling Chip Name (SMBus).
Put a picture here.
In Reset Tab do:
- Read Chip Info
- Unseal / Boot
- Read Chip Info
Paste the results here.
It looks this is aftermarket battery with fake chip. On first screenshot it was detected as SN8552 which was a bug in detection of A2168 low quality gas gauge emulator.
On a second screenshot made by v3.5.2 it was not detected at all.
Try to send these commands to check the chip

Go to Reset tab, then to Smbus subtab.
WriteWord 0001 to Register 00, press Write button
ReadWord from Register 00, press Read button
Then Read Static Parameters by enabling Chip Name (SMBus).
