It should be done with cells charge level from 30% to 90%. But your SoC is just 6%. At this level cells impedances are not stable. 

Also for new batteries stored for too long its recommended to make several training cycles to improve their performance.

I performed a cells check... the cells are new, because the laptop was never used, but stored for a long time at the importer. So the cells dropped its voltage to 1,5 V and locked the battery. But as I see they show as they are bad cells

Recover it with solder drop following tutorial. Be careful not to touch left-side pin. Only B+ and F1 points should be connected.

Remove the black plastic cap and post close up photo so it can be inspected.
