hello; I have a problem with some battery models. the programmer detects the battery model but not the chip. how to proceed in this case. thanks

how to proceed in this case.
1. Topic titile must contain battery part number.
2. Post screenshot from NLBA battery info tab
3. Post a picture of the battery label

If you have ev2300, ev2400 clone or ez-usb adapters we could try detect the chip remotely.
