I can read the battery info.But charge & discharge terminated.While try to reset ,NLBA1 showing chip not detected .
@torture Thank you .The strange fact is I don't need to power on NLBA .It can read the bat info.But NLBA1 output led not on.

Having in view Manufacture Name is Panasonic, chip is likely max1781 there.

not sure, but may be it is clone battery. noted this behavior in clone batteries.
Thank you all for your replies.The customer took back his battery.So I can no longer try to reset it.
