It's a HP battery, not a dell. In any case, check the temperature sensor, maybe it's broken.

This is the screen shot of BMS only powered by NLBA1.The temprature error happened after I changed all cells.The temprature error showed before and after reset.Maybe bms is faulty.I changed bms card from other old hs04 Battery and It is ok now.

Such practice is not recommended. Even you do this way it should be mentioned accordingly otherwise it confuses support team.
Maybe bms is faulty.
NTC sensor was damaged. Replace it.
