[Solved] DELL J60J5/BQ40320 V1.5 - Unlocked but current not detected

Hello All.

I received DELL LATITUDE E7470 model J60J5 battery wich powerd by BQ40320 F.R V1.5

I has pb cycle count mounted(768), FCC value very low then capacity design 800mAh/7230mAh and little difference between the 2cells voltage.

I fix all these pb by nlba reset and recharging the 2 cells with same level.

Battery unlocked and system present in the battery connection maked (+++ C D SP . ---)

But the battery still without current

Any explication?

Have you checked the fuse?

Thank you torturer, yes the pb was the fuse

Now iT's OK.
