Unknown firmware. Try the firmwares from the supported firmware list, maybe it is one of them.

Reset is disabled because there is a big current flowing through the battery. Check your battery connection.

With dmm I have total 11.58v well balanced. In the laptop, it powers on for 5 seconds then off.

No way for me to reset as the 0v cells reading prevents me from going further.

I need help here.

 It is bq8030 with Sanyo-Dell firmware. It does not report Sbs parameters until System Present pin is connected to ground.

 Have you managed to find SysPres pin ?.. 

 If so paste updated BatInfo tab picture.
