There is a DELL XCMRD battery. Chip bq30472. All attempts to force the battery to charge are unsuccessful. Contacts are connected correctly.

The battery is in preCharge state due to long storage. It could be recovered using laptop for this model. Do you have it?

I do not have a laptop. We sell new batteries. But I had a battery with a lower charge, but they all started the charge successfully. How do I get the battery to charge without disassembling it?

Is it front LED is On?

Basing on small consumption current...

How do I get the battery to charge without disassembling it?

Try to precharge it from the first tab.

Set Output Voltage to 10200mV, press Power On, wait 15s, paste snapshot here.

Have noticed Average Current was detected as 3mA, it means small charge was injected into the battery.

Try to increase Output Voltage to 10400mV and repeat procedure, but make snapshot after 5seconds after pushing the button.

cells 2/3/4 are discharged way below cell 1

seems to me it's time to open the battery, inspect the cells

they could be corroded already

Battery produced in June 2021, why it should be corroded?

Are you basing on your own experience with 10 years old batteries?

Could be high humidity at the place; your turn to guess why is the Vdelta > 1000mV ?

Its copy battery and there could be copy cells inside)

Also copy makers could use different batches cells in one pack, they not care too much about selecting and matching the cells.

And what is your recommendation to Vladislav about adjusting Vcells ?

First task is to precharge the battery to normal level. Recommendations about adjusting the cells could be made when SoC is 50...90% and battery starts normal charging. Due to different curves at low SoC it makes not too much sense to balance the cells now.
