Guide me how to replace flat batteries,And where can I buy those pouch cells.

First of all, you need to find out the correct replacement cells. Have you found them ?

Try to get in contact withe Alibaba/Aliexpress suppliers.
Lipo pouch cells have many different sizes.
When purchasing new cells you first have to match the exact size or they will not fit in the case.
Cells size is printed on the battery label.
The second very importan thing is to match the original cells chemistry. For this you need to refer to cells manufacturer datasheet (old & new cells)
