Dell battery showed locked in 'Battery Info' but 'wrong battery communication: check the wring.' on Reset. How can this be corrected?

It is not Dell battery from start of the topic. So another thread should be created for discussion. Mixing different batteries in same topic confuses support team and other customers who will search solutions for their batteries.
