Hp laptop battery model is HSTNN-LB2F chip no. MAXIM 1789 healt is 6% i replace new cell now i want increase helath because helath is very low please guide me who can i increase health

Maxim chips are not supported.
You can try calibration cycles but FCC is too low and it's not sure that it will help, also some chips are programmed never to increase FCC but only to decrease it.
Make one cycle and check FCC again, if it doesn't increase there is no point to continue.
