The sever is available 1 hour per day from 11:00am to 12:00 Monday to Friday GMT +2, Romania Time.
Make sure your battery has Good and Balanced cells, fuse checked, etc.
You have to go to Reset/SMBus tab and connect to the Remote Server then paste the link to this topic.

what else do i need to unseal the bq30z55 chip because it was connected to server yesterday at time for almost 1hour but nothing was done even the chat room doesn't send typed message?

@azzido No worries for that sir i had already cloned the bq30z55 7.5v ASUS battery with another 7.5v battery from Samsung Chromebook due to pressure from costumer but my worries is the timing for remote reset as one costumer has promise me more than 50 batteries of bq30zxxx all locked due to shipping delayed

For 50 batteries we definitely cannot do it for free. The process is quite fast but you have to prepare them, pre-charge the cells, check the fuse and that's it.
