Please follow forum rules.

why don't you use the command Read Chip Info ?
when using the Reset function, please follow the correct sequence of commands
New Reset > Read SBS > Next > Next > Read Chip Info > Unseal > Read Chip Info > Read EEPROM >
Save To File > Clear Chip Errors > Read Chip Info
after that take a screenshot and paste here Inteligent Log
it just not allow to be unlocked. Problem of laptop is that it shows "charging" but not charge
It is well known chip firmware bug especially on Lenovo batteries.
Cells are almost fully charged but chip thinks they are empty and reports 0% State of Charge.
Lenovo already released firmware updates for many types of their batteries. Check their official page to find out updater for your laptop or battery.
Tried with update through Lenovo firmware (tried 4 versions that i found in their website) sadly it is for Thinkpad laptops, not for Ideapad Gaming. So battery continue to be stuck on 0%.
Can i update firmware through NLBA ?
it is for Thinkpad laptops, not for Ideapad Gaming
So its need to press on Lenovo support so they release updaters for other types of laptops. There were many cases of this bug reported just by our customers. Overall numbers could be huge.
Can i update firmware through NLBA ?
No. Such feature is not supported. NLBA1 could only handle EEPROM read or write. But chip firmware located in the Instruction Flash area.
Like exception me could offer you temporary workaround. Eeprom hotfix patch over ev2300 or ev2400 clone remote session. But it does not solve the issue forever. It will recover correct RSoC calculation but after 100...300 cycles bug could occured back
