lenovo battery P/N-SB10K97578 not detecting in analyzer

The battery does not connect to the analyzer. did open the battery and charge cells externally providing power. But still the battery does not appear when connected. when the battery is in laptop the Lenovo bridge software show the battery need change due to wear. Need help how to detect the battery

Try with Power On button.

Also try reading it on SMBus address 0x36.

Hello I am using the regular resetting device NLB1. In software when click setting nothing select-able as my device version show 1.10 and when click on setting menu help it show firmware 1.15 or higher. how can this be fixed. Please help how can I read this battery it does not show at all in software

Use EV2300 to read to 0x36 address Or Send your device to Romania for firmware update to version 1.15
