If you have new LiPoHV cells of same size you could try to repack it. You should follow the order of disconnecting and connecting the cells otherwise chip could be locked. Its currently not supported to reset.

Then you could relearn the chip for new capacity by several autocycles.

Its not supported by Nlba Reset plugin.

Due to its complexity, the chip is not directly supported by the plugin itself. In such situation we have released in V3.5.0 a Remote Server where we can Reset some other chips using paid severs. For just few batteries we can reset it for free. Please let me know if you want to try it.

Thank you, I understood, it's just that the battery was left for experiments, the client bought a new one and left this one. As a real customer, I will turn to you.
