Why do you need to unseal it?

@torture This is the number of cycles that customers need to change. I have a lot of batteries of this model.

Changing cycle count, manufacturer date or FCC on a used battery is absolutely forbidden.

You can be banned and loose your reset licence.

@torture If I can't unblock the chip, how can I change the parameters after changing the new battery unit? I want to test whether it can be unblocked to replace the battery unit.

Why would you want to replace the cells?

They only have 214 cycles and perfectly balanced.

Run calibration cycle and post screenshot to check their real capacity.

 Battery in this example has no problems. It was not either Locked nor blocked. Instead your intention was to reset the cycles. It looks you are using device and license in wrong way. 

Have you ever read Terms of Use and notification message before resetting the cycles on used batteries ?..

I don't want to modify the number of loops alone. I have a lot of similar Lenovo batteries, and they cannot unblock them. I just want to get unblocking. Otherwise, I replaced the battery unit and there is no way to repair them perfectly.
