Lenovo L20M3PC2 - error reading EEPROM. Code = 21

Hi,

I am trying to reset a locked Lenovo L20M3PC2 battery as follows :

But, when I tried to reset, it gave error :

Error while reading EEPROM. Code = 21

Could anyone help me what need to be done to reset the battery?

I have unsealed but it still gave the same error

What is the problem with this battery?

 Chip firmware bug 

 Look at these parameters. 

 Cells are almost fully charged but chip thinks they are empty and reports 0% State of Charge.
