Cells are almost fully charged but RSoC is 7% only. This is the issue.
Set 12900 voltage on BatInfo tab, then press Power On button.
Wait until Current() parameter will reduce to 50mA or less.
Check if RSoC and capacity graph are increased.
It powers the laptop well, but there is a red cross on the bat
Insert it into laptop, install Nirsost BatteryInfoView run it and post screenshot.
batteryinfo view has absolutely no entry!
So clock & data lines are not making proper connection with the motherboard and battery is not detected by laptop.
There are so many topics about this here.
You need to restore battery connector pins tightness.

EEPROM images are NOT allowed anymore on this forum. People who attach EEPROM files will be banned forever.
