The dump has been modified and this is the most likely reason why battery can't pass Lenovo bios check.
Did you edit it or you received the battery like this?
What is the history of this battery?

Did you edit it or you received the battery like this?
I did not modify the battery; I only reset it using reset tab
What is the history of this battery?
According to the customer, its backup was at least 2 hours, 2 weeks ago. The laptop remains off for few days and it stops charging
Has it been opened?
The battery is still in the original pack.
I only reset it using reset tab
What did you reset? Was the battery detected before this?
Flashing a dump from a proper working battery will most likely fix the issue.
What did you reset? Was the battery detected before this?
General reset using the reset tab, I did not do anything manually means updates/modification may be done by NLBA1 reset functionality.
Flashing a dump from a proper working battery will most likely fix the issue.
I did not have the same battery to fetch the original dump.
Was the battery detected before this?
?
Was the battery detected before this?
Sure if customer is talking about its working state then there is most likely chance of detection in laptop
We can only predict based on customer feedback because he dropped his laptop after resetting battery and insisting that it was correctly detecting any how we have to solve this issue
@torture Sir, can we solve this issue? so that customer could be released accordingly.
The first step is to flash a good known working dump.
You alredy mentioned you don't have one.
So far no solution.
@torture I have another lenovo dump with same chip could you suggest to flash it?
@torture I think Lenovo chips have IDs unique to laptop models that could be supported by some specific models. Am I right?
This is the original .senc file only changes in extension is there any way to make .eep to flas?
This is the original .senc file
So i'm very confused.
You said you have not done anything to this battery and you don't have any backup file.
Now you suddently have the ORIGINAL .senc file from it?
So how did you read it?
And since you have it and you are sure it's from this battery just flash it and check if the problem will be solved.
