I'm looking for someone in the Netherlands that is able to help me with unlocking a Lenovo battery with part number FRU 5B10W13930
The battery has never been used and drained, which caused it to lock. It does not allow me to charge it now.
I contacted the NIP Embedded owner on whatsapp and he suggested to post a topic to see if anyone is willing to help me out.
Do you know the monitoring chip used in this battery ?..

I tested all the cells, they have the correct value and appear balanced after a total charge with a bench power supply. Total voltage is also ok, but they laptop does not let the battery charge.

Not right now but I can try to get one of those.
If you can not find anyone in the Netherlands to unlock this battery me could offer remote unlock service on payware basis. But you will need some of these hardwares, genuine is recommended. Take into consideration that original TI EV2400 adapter costs up to $200 so you could purchase 2 new Lenovo batteries for these money unless you do regular laptop repairs and could use it from time to time to fix the batteries.
