Check if the battery has an SP pin. Of course, always check the fuses..
Why did you reset the battery (cycle and date)...

Hi, thank you for new tip.
we have already replaced the cells in more than 50 units.
I have now received two pieces back from the customer. although windows shows the full state of the battery, the laptop immediately shuts down without the power adapter.
some have the present pin, some don't. here the pinout with present pin:

Which type of cells did you use for rebuilding ?
This is Li-ion cells which designed to be charged to 4.20v when full.
But your battery was equipped with LiHv cells designed to be charged to 4.35v, it could be verified by Charging Voltage from BatInfo view.
New cells could be damaged fast by overcharging because chip preprogrammed on factory to work with LiHv cells.
You should use same cells for rebuilding as were installed by factory or consider full reprogramming to match characteristics of new cells.

Chip is preprogrammed to 13050 Charge Voltage.
It will damage "normal INR cells" because they designed for 12600 max charge, so 4.20v per cell.
This is what could happen in case of lithium cells overcharge
