hp hs04 battery dead cell replaces, now all cell ok charged above 3.3v then not reading data & not be Unlock

Please follow forum rules.
1. Topic title should contain battery brand and type like printed on the label. Also chip name if it is known.
2. First post should contain snapshot of BatInfo page with Static and Dynamic parameters.
large voltage imbalance between cells 2 and 4.
Use built-in button to take a snapshot. Smartphone pictures are difficult to read.

cell ok but not get unlock
Cells not Ok, there is very big unbalance. That is why chip got locked.
4th cell i replace the so it was already charged 3.9v
now how to do balance
and then go to unlock
Charge other cells to 3.9v by external regulated power supply. If you never did it before bring the battery to workshop so qualified personnel could do it for you.
This battery does not allow discharging.
how to solve it
It is Dell battery, but the topic created for HP battery. Dont mix different batteries in one topic. It creates confusion for support team.
