Hy everyone the most common problem we are facing in Chinese IC SH79F649X IS fixing fcc NL BA can not identify these kind of ICS mostly we receive batteries is with chinese ICS after replacing new cells battery cannot performed because health is too much low. For fixing battery health problem I calibrate battery multiple time but no response. With original IC when I calibrate the health is going up and up and battery performed better but with these Chinese ICS nothing happened with calibration

My question is dead how can we increase health with these ics??? because we mostly receive Chinese batteries and we fail to repair

And can we imagine that it will be added soon???

Thanks a lot for making great NL BA one device

These chinese chips are not supported. All supported chips are listed on website in the license description. We always recommend our customers to check this first before purchasing our product.

SH79F649X has poor gauging algorithm which makes not much sense in repair of these batteries. Also cells in copy batteries are of poor quality and should be replaced. This job costs 3x price of new copy battery which make no sense to repair it.

Thats why we always recommend to work only with GENUINE batteries with BRANDED fuel gauges.

The solution is easy. Having in view batteries are new just open a dispute and return battery to the seller. All new products are protected with warranty.

To add this chip we need to hire high class programmers who are experts in these chips. It is very expensive job which will cause a License price to increase twice. This way we could lose all our customers because they could not afford to pay $600 yearly.

I never take chinese clone batteries for repair. Not because reprogramming is very hard but because they have almost none safety features.

No temperature probes, no fuse, some of them don't even monitor individual cells voltages, just pack voltage is tracked.

There is no way i would give such a battery to a customer, even if i install good quality branded cells.

Sometimes it's better to say no.
