I balanced the cells and tried to fix the chip error but I got error 34.

If you have balanced the cells one already and they become unbalanced again without being used it means they are garbage and must be replaced.

But the error still persists, what do you think could be the problem?
Discharge the cells below 4.0v and balance them.
Check the fuse condition (post a picture).
Hello, it was done, but the result is the same as before. The error is not cleared. I also tested the fuse and it is intact.

With the help of @djibattworkshop and replacing the file, the chip error was cleared.
