Have another question. What brands do you recommend? Are brands like Molicel, BAK, EVE and Nitecore any good?

The top 5 brands are Samsung, Sanyo , Sony, LG, Panasonic you can't go wrong there! I have also worked with BAK & Molicell they deliver very good qaulity for the price too.

Since you are in EU your best choise would be NKON & AKKUTEILE.

BATTERRYHOOKUP has the best prices per cell but you have to consider import taxes.

The Samsung 26J (ICR18650-26J) seems to be very competitive from this site. Not sure if it is too good to be true though!

I have never shopped from this site because they don't deliver to BULGARIA i don't know why.

3.39euro is pretty much a normal price for ICR18650-26J so it must be genuine.

As I suspected, NKON do not ship to Malta since it is not allowed and illegal to send batteries by air mail. I need to find a shop that can ship goods through surface (sea and road) mail.

Bulgaria is part of the mainland Europe and hence no issues to send by road only.

I finally found an online store that ships Li-ion to my country.

It's http://enerprof.de/ and they use FedEx as a shipping service.
