Dear Team,
Greetings.
We are unable to reset any Macbook battery using the software.
All pins are connected according to the instructions. I am attaching two photos.
Please note: these batteries are brand new Apple macbook batteries, never used and never opened, i believe these are sealed and we can unseal them using the reset tab and they will work fine, but again, this is what i think. PLease help us solve this issue.
Thanks.
Does highlighted in orange Cell Voltages tell you anything?
If no, please start from the very beginning. Watch video tutorials here to understand what is Smart Battery, How it works, What is Lithium Cell, How it works and so on. Then you could go to next tutorials how to recover deeply discharged battery.

@djibattworkshop Dear Sir,
Yes i can see that the voltages are very low, but as mentioned by @torture, i will try to charge the battery to 3.0v.
@torture Hello
Is there any video tutorial to guide me on how i will know a battery is charged to 3.0v or any other tutorial on how to charge this properly and know its charging etc.?
I do not want to disturb again and again by asking basic questions.
Do you have multimeter and Lab Power Supply?
@djibattworkshop We have multimeter but not lab power supply. i am currently trying to charge the battery and i am at this screen.

Your battery is in Locked state. You could not charge it using Nlba1 device over battery connector. You should use Lab Power Supply to precharge the cells first by small current. Using 3000mA as its there on your settings could destroy deeply discharged cells permanently.
Me strongly recommend you to bring the battery to qualified workshop for recovery. Handling lithium cells without proper experience is not safe practice.
@welteldubai-com Can you please post the model number of the battery? AXXXX (A and four numbers). Im working on Apple batteries a lot with NLBA, never had an issue where I could not charge overdischarged Apple batteries.
Im thinking you might have missed the syspresent pin, please also take a photo showing the connection you made to the battery.
You cannot charge a battery in the locked state because the charging MOSFET is disabled. The reset button is disabled because the cells are over-discharged. Between the battery connector and the LiIon cells there is the BMS with the chip. If the chip is locked the power path from cells to the battery external connector is interrupted. Even you apply voltage on the output connector, nothing will happen. This is valid if the chip is in the locked state (Permanent Failure flag set). You just need to open the battery case or to get access to the cells contacts and pre-charge them to 3000mV using a lab power supply limited to 200mA until the voltage reaches 3000mV. Once all cells have almost the same voltage type you can use the reset option.
In some cases the cells are over-discharged but the chip is not locked, in this case you are able to charge the battery using NLBA Charge tab. The current will be very small until pre-charging phase finishes.
Also, note that some batteries like your one have System Present which must be connected to the GND in order to activate the BMS, otherwise the chip will be shown as Locked.
Please post a clear picture with your connection.
